Police appeal to locate girl missing from Sydney's north west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney's north west.

Sharlise Holmes, aged 15, was last seen leaving her home on Railway Road, Quakers Hill, on Saturday (6 August 2022), with a friend and was heading towards Quakers Hill Railway Station.

When she failed to return home, officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were notified on Monday (8 August 2022) and commenced extensive inquiries to locate her.

Family and police hold concerns for Sharlise's welfare due to her age.

Sharlise is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, with black long hair and brown regrowth.

She was last seen wearing a black jumper, black 'Nike shoes', and was carrying a white bag.

Sharlise may be with a friend of similar age and description, is known to frequent railway stations, and may be in the Wyong or Fassifern areas.
