Police appeal to locate girl missing from Lake Illawarra

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Lake Illawarra.

Tahlia Sherratt-Whyte, aged 11, was last seen at a caravan park on Osborne Parade, Warilla, about 10pm (Saturday 21 January 2023).

When she could not be located or contacted by family, she was reported missing to officers at Lake Illawarra Police District, who commenced inquiries to locate her.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Tahlia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 140cm tall, of a solid build, with red hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing grey track pants with pink blotches, a blue shirt, a black beanie with two pom poms on the top and black shoes.
