Police Appeal To Locate Girl Missing From Woy Woy 18 May

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl reported missing from the state's Central Coast.

Summer Burgess, aged 13, was last seen in Woy Woy about 9am yesterday (Saturday 17 May 2025).

When she could not be located, officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare.

Summer is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall with a slim build, blonde/brown hair, blue eyes and braces.

She was last seen wearing all black clothing – a long sleeve shirt, long pants and black Nike shoes, carrying a black handbag.

Summer is known to frequent Hornsby, Mount Colah and Woy Woy.
