Police appeal to locate man missing from Daceyville

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Peter Ozerski, aged 79, was last seen at leaving a home in Cook Avenue, Daceyville, about 6pm today (Friday 15 September 2023).

When he could not be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command, who commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concern for his welfare as he has a medical condition that requires daily treatment.

Peter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build and with a shaved head.

He was last seen wearing dark blue cargo pants, dark blue long-sleeved shirt, a black V-neck jumper, white Nike cap, and black running shoes.

Peter is known to frequent the Daceyville, Kingsford, and Eastgardens areas.

Anyone who sees Peter or knows more information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Maroubra Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
