Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Riley O'Keefe, aged 20, was last seen on Ballendella Road, Toongabbie, about 7.45pm yesterday (Saturday 14 June 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns as Riley lives with a number of medical conditions.
Riley is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of slim build, with a fair complexion, clean shaven, and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a navy-blue tracksuit, a 'Gucci' cap and a scarf.
Riley may have boarded a train at Pendle Hill Railway Station.
