Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner west.
Troy Frazer, aged 45, was last seen on at a hospital on Missenden Road, Camperdown, about 7.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 17 June 2025).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command, who commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.
Troy is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a medium build, 170-180cm tall, with short brown hair, and a goatee/unshaven beard.
He was last seen wearing a brown shirt, grey tracksuit pants and white coloured sneakers.
He is known to frequent the Flemington, Burwood, Strathfield areas and uses the rail network to get around.
