Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Illawong

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south.

Farshad Ebrahimi, aged 40, was last seen in Cranbrook Place, Illawong about 7:30am today (Monday 23 June 2025).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Sutherland Shire Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Farshad's welfare.

Farshad is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 165-175cm tall, of muscular build with short black hair and a black beard.

He was last seen wearing black puffer jacket, black tracksuit pants and white socks pulled up.

He is known to frequent Illawong, Coogee, Waterloo and Sydney CBD areas.
