Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man from Sydney's west.
Jwan Jawish, aged 36, was last seen on Kildare Road, Blacktown, about 12.30pm on Tuesday (19 August 2025).
Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Jwan's welfare as he requires regular medical treatment.
Jwan is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short black hair and an unshaven face.
He was last seen wearing a silver/white shirt, silver tracksuit pants and yellow shoes.
Jwan is known to frequent the Prospect and Blacktown areas.
