Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Westmead 12 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Nigel James Smith, aged 48, was last seen at a hospital on Hawkesbury Road, Westmead, about 7am on Saturday 6 September 2025.

Officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified on Saturday 6 September 2025 and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Nigel's welfare.

Nigel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of large build with short balding grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a striped shirt and dark blue pants.

Police were told he has tattoos on his arms.

Nigel is believed to frequent the Parramatta, Granville, Guildford and Wagga Wagga areas.
