Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Adam Watkin, aged 45, was last seen at a home on Derby Street, Kingswood, about 9pm on Sunday 9 November 2025.
Officers attached to the Nepean Police Area Command were notified today, Monday 10 November 2025 at 1pm and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Adam's welfare due a medical condition.
Adam is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm – 190cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair, brown eyes and a heart shaped tattoo on his ankle.
Adam is believed to frequent the Penrith and Cambridge Gardens areas.
