Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Alexandria 5 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner city.

David Delaney, aged 59, was last seen on O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, about 12.45pm yesterday (Tuesday 4 August 2026).

When he was unable to located or contacted, officers attached to South Sydney Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for David's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

David is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair beard and grey eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket and riding a bicycle.

David is believed to frequent the Sydney's eastern suburbs including Maroubra area.
