Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Nick Qian, aged 64, was last seen on Lamonerie Street, Toongabbie, about 7.30am today (Thursday 17 September 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Nick's welfare as he lives with dementia.
He is described as being of Asian appearance, about 155cm tall, of slim build with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Nick was last seen wearing a red checked shirt, a cream jumper, and blue jeans.
He is known to frequent the Wentworthville and Winston Hills areas.
