Police appeal to locate man missing from Doonside

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south-west.

Adam Thorley, aged 36, was last seen leaving a home on Copin Place, Doonside, about 1pm yesterday (Sunday 24 October 2021)

When he failed to return home, officers from Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Adam's welfare as he has an intellectual disability.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm, solid build, short brown balding hair. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder of barbed wire.

Adam was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts with a red stripe, a black cap and black sneakers.

He is known to frequent the Doonside, Kingswood and Sydney City areas.

Anyone who has seen Adam, or has information about his whereabouts, is urged to contact Blacktown Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
