Police appeal to locate man missing from Riverstone 6 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Ricky Hyer-Warton, aged 60, was last seen at his home on McCulloch St, Riverstone, about 7pm on Tuesday 4 January 2022.

He was reported missing to officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command yesterday (Wednesday 5 January 2022), who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Concerns are held for Ricky's welfare as he lives with an acquired brain injury and major neuro cognitive disorder. Ricky also struggles to walk due to his health and uses a walking frame.

Ricky is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build, with long brown hair. He is believed to be wearing blue shorts and a beige coloured shirt.

He is known to frequent the Riverstone and Sutherland areas.
