Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's west 24 June

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Brendan Valkay, aged 37, was last seen leaving a park in Wilberforce about 8pm yesterday (Thursday 23 June 2022) in a white 1998 Toyota Hilux bearing NSW registration HBV001.

When he could not be contacted by family, officers from Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Brendan's welfare.

Brendan is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a hi vis work vest, black Panthers jumper, black coloured track pants and black shoes.

Brendan is known to frequent the Currans Hill, Blacktown and St Mary's areas.

As well as using the white Toyota Hilux, Brendan may also be driving a blue Subaru WRX with NSW registration 02SIK.

Anyone with information into Brendan's whereabouts is urged to contact Blacktown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
