Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's inner west 5 December

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner west.

Shaun Cox, aged 55, was last seen at a supermarket on Darling Street, Balmain, about 3pm on Monday 28 November 2022.

When he could not be contacted by family and friends, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Shaun's welfare as he lives with a number of medical conditions that require medication.

Shaun is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175-180cm tall, of large build with balding hair.

He was last seen wearing all black clothing.

Shaun is known to frequent the Balmain and Concord West areas.
