Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's North Shore 24 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's North Shore.

Russell Pitt, aged 79, was reported missing to officers from North Shore Police Area Command on Friday (20 January 2023), after friends had not heard or seen him since earlier this month.

Officers have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Concerns are held of Russell's welfare, as his disappearance is out of character.

Russel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short grey hair.

He lives in the Naremburn area and is also known to frequent the Surry Hills and Central Coast areas.

Following inquiries, officers believe he may be driving a white Audi Coupe, registration EKP32L.
