Police are searching for a man believed to be missing from Sydney's Eastern Beaches.
Marin Luburic, also known as Max, aged 54, was last seen at his home on Pine Street, Newtown, before going to Maroubra for a swim at 4.30pm yesterday (Saturday 18 February 2023).
After failing to return home, officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified today (Sunday 19 February 2023) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following inquiries, officers located his car securely parked on Marine Parade, Maroubra, and conducted a search of the area.
Police hold concern for his welfare.
Marin is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 190cm tall, of slim build, with a shaved head and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a dark grey T-shirt with brown thongs.
