Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Albury 6 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's south.

Liam Ricketts, aged 31, was last seen on Wagga Road, Springdale Heights, on Monday 29 December 2025.

Officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified yesterday (Monday 5 January 2026) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Liam's welfare.

Liam is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 175cm tall, of thin build, with a short 'buzzcut' hairstyle, a long brown beard and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing shorts and a shirt.

He may be travelling in a 2008 white Ford Range bearing VIC registration 1FJ6LU.

Police believe he may have been in the vicinity of Wodonga Place, Albury, about 6am on Thursday 1 January 2026.

He is believed to frequent a camping site in Wodonga, Springdale Heights, and Albury areas.
