Police appeal to locate man missing from Bass Hill

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south-west.

Minh Dung Nguyen, aged 44, was last seen leaving his home on Doust Street, Bass Hill, about 5pm on Thursday (30 July 2020), and has not been seen or heard from since.

He was reported missing to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command today (Saturday 1 August 2020), who have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concern for Minh Dung's welfare due to medical conditions that require treatment.

Minh Dung is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, of large build with short black hair.

He was last seen wearing grey track pants, a white t-shirt and white shoes.

Mr Nguyen is known to frequent Chester Hill and Bankstown CBD's, and public parks within those areas.
