Police appeal to locate man missing from Bondi Junction

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Bondi Junction.

Australia Nagita, aged 73, was last seen entering the Bondi Junction Bus Interchange, before boarding the '379' bus to North Bondi.

When Australia did not return to his residence in Bondi, police attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Australia's welfare as he lives with dementia.

Australia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of average build, with a shaved head and clean-shaven face.

He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, black pants, and was carrying a grey satchel bag with a yellow sash.

Anyone with information into Australia's whereabouts is urged to contact Waverley Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
