Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Dubbo 5 October

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's mid-west.

Charlie Hand, aged 34, was last seen on Talbragar Street, Dubbo, about 9pm on Friday 3 October 2025.

Officers attached to the Orana Mid-Western Police District were notified around 7pm on Saturday 4 October 2025, while conducting inquiries into an unrelated investigation. Subsequently, they commenced inquiries into Charlie's whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for Charlie's welfare as his disappearance is unusual.

Charlie is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175-180cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and beard stubble.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, blue jeans and a black baseball cap.

Charlie is known to frequent the Dubbo, Mendooran, Trangie and Warren areas.
