Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.
Malcolm Smitheringale, aged 59, was last seen on St John Road, Glebe, about 9am on Wednesday 15 October 2025.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and inquiries commenced to locate him.
Police and family have concerns for Malcolm's welfare as he lives with a medical condition.
Malcolm is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall with grey hair.
He was last seen carrying a large backpack and green shopping bag.
Malcolm is known to frequent the Inner West area.
