Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Hillvue

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Tamworth area.

Aliks Rice, aged 34, was last seen on Camira Crescent, Hillvue, around 5.30am on Saturday 20 September 2025.

When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Oxley Police District were notified on Monday 22 September 2025 and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Aliks is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, 180-190cm tall, medium build with olive complexion and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey jumper, khaki shorts, black hat and steel toe cap boots.

He is known to frequent the Tamworth, Narrabri and Coffs Harbour areas.
