Police appeal to locate missing 92-year-old man - Bonnyrigg

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south-west.

Virgil Veneri, aged 92 from Bonnyrigg, was last seen at his home address in Kincumber Road about 7am today (Tuesday 28 September 2021).

Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command were notified and have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts. They are currently being assisted by officers from PolAir.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Virgil because to his age and due to him living with dementia.

He is described as Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 165cm tall, slim build, black hair and olive skin.

Virgil was last seen wearing a blue knee length robe and black sneakers.

He may also frequent the Mt Pritchard and Georges Hall areas.

Anyone who sees Virgil is urged to call Fairfield Police Station, Triple Zero (000) or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
