Police appeal to locate missing girl at Tamworth

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from the state's north east.

Rylee Stringer, aged 12, was last seen leaving her home in East Tamworth just after 1.30pm on Saturday (18 June 2022).

When she failed to contact family or friends, she was reported missing to officers from Oxley Police District who commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Family and police hold serious concerns for Rylee due to her young age.

Rylee is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 150cm to 155cm tall, of thin build with brown hair and brown eyes.

Rylee may be frequenting the Tamworth area.
