Police appeal to locate missing girl from Eastern Suburbs

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Grace Howard, aged 12, was last seen on a bus at Bondi Junction, about 3pm today (Sunday 21 August 2022). When she could not be contacted by friends or family, officers from Eastern Suburbs were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Family and police hold serious concerns for Grace's welfare due to her age.

Grace is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165cm, medium build, tanned complexion and long dark hair.

She was last seen wearing a Grey Nike Jacket, white top, grey sweatpants, white runners and carrying a blue side bag with the words "Poppy Lissiman" on the strap.

Grace is known to frequent the areas of Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction.

Anyone with information into Grace's whereabouts is urged to contact Waverley Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
