Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing on the Mid North Coast.
Shantana Cowan, aged 15, was last seen in the Kempsey area on Tuesday 29 April 2025.
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District were notified and have commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Shantana's welfare due to her age.
Shantana is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build.
She has brunette shoulder-length hair, possibly dyed dark blue.
Shantana is known to frequent the Kempsey, Wauchope, and Port Macquarie areas.
