Police Appeal To Locate Missing Man At Blacktown 1 July

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from the Blacktown area.

Hee Moon Bang, aged 67, was last seen leaving a medical facility on Bungaribee Road, Blacktown, about 10.20pm on Monday 30 June 2025.

Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Hee's welfare as he lives with dementia.

Hee is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, of medium build, with short black/grey hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing black pants, black puffer jacket with yellow smiley face on left sleeve, tan loafers / slippers, white sock, and black sunglasses.

Hee is known to frequent the Box Hill area.
