Police Appeal To Locate Missing Man From Villawood

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Jacob Tingate, aged 18, was last seen about 4:30pm today (Thursday 23 May 2024), at a home on Belar Avenue, Villawood.

When he could no longer be contacted or located, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.

Jacob is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair, and was last seen wearing a black t-short, grey tracksuit pants and sneakers.

He is known to frequent the Bass Hill, Burwood and Strathfield areas.

Anyone with information into Jacob's whereabouts is urged to call Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
