Police appeal to locate missing man - Leichhardt

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man missing from the Leichhardt area.

Barry Lindner, aged 69, was last seen leaving a home on Marion Street, Leichhardt, about 6.45pm last night (Thursday 24 February 2022).

Unable to be located since, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and have commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Barry's welfare as he lives with dementia and has a number of medical conditions.

Barry is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm to 180cm tall, of slim build, grey hair, white beard and hazel-coloured eyes.

He was last seen wearing white and green hospital t-shirt and blue jeans.
