Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's east.
Ron Fitzpatrick, aged 81, was last seen at his home on Goodhope Street, Paddington, about 10.30pm yesterday (Friday 18 March 2022).
Officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command commenced an investigation into his whereabouts when his family reported him missing soon after.
Police and family hold concerns for Ron's welfare due to his age and because he lives with dementia.
Ron is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 195cm tall, bald, and of a thin build.
He was last seen wearing maroon shorts and an orange t-shirt.
Initial inquiries suggest Ron might have travelled to Sydney CBD around 3.20am this morning (Saturday 19 March 2022).
Anyone with information about Ron's whereabouts is urged to contact police.
