Police appeal to locate missing teen at Tamworth

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Tamworth.

Michael Stanley – aged 18 – was last seen at Dean Street, North Tamworth, on the evening of Wednesday 26 January 2022.

He was reported missing to officers attached to Oxley Police District, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police hold serious concerns for Michael's welfare as he requires treatment and is not familiar with the Tamworth area.

Michael is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing all black clothing.
