Police appeal to locate missing teen girls - south

Police are seeking public assistance to locate two missing teenage girls from Sydney's south-west.

Sandy Alsalihi and Elisa Coronakes, both aged 14, were last seen at their homes in Hinchinbrook and Middleton Grange yesterday evening (Wednesday 28 October 2020).

The girls were reported missing when they were unable to be located or contacted today (Thursday 29 October 2020).

Officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command commenced an investigation into their whereabouts and police and their families hold concerns for their welfare due to their age.

Sandy is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, between 165cm and 175cm tall, with a dark brown bob. She was last seen wearing a maroon turtleneck jumper, with dark grey trackpants.

Eliza is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 160cm and 170cm tall, with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with "Positive Mental Attitudes" written on the sleeves and black trackpants, but also may be wearing a black hoodie with green camouflage sleeves.

It is believed the girls might be in the Strathfield, Auburn or Burwood area.
