Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the state's west.
Caitlan Swart, aged 17, was last seen on Lithgow Street, Lithgow, about 2pm on Tuesday 18 November 2025.
Unable to be located since, officers attached to Chifley Police District commenced inquiries to locate her.
Police and family hold concerns for Caitlan's welfare due to her age.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair.
Caitlan was last seen wearing a white/grey jacket, denim shorts, and wearing black slide shoes.
She is known to frequent the Lithgow, Parramatta, Dubbo, and Sydney CBD areas.
