Police appeal to locate missing Wollongong man 24 June

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Wollongong area.

Anthony Skinner, aged 28, was last seen on Crown Street, Wollongong, about 2.30pm on Thursday 23 June 2022.

Unable to be located since, Anthony was reported missing to officers attached to Wollongong Police District, who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Following initial inquiries, police have reason to believe that Anthony may have been in the Penrith area, between 3pm and 4pm today (Friday 24 June 2022).

Police and family hold concerns for Alex's welfare.

Anthony is described as being of Aboriginal/ Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 165 to 170cm tall, of solid build, with short black hair, beard and moustache.

He is known to frequent the Wollongong, Keiraville and Dapto areas and may be driving a 2007 Mazda 3 with NSW registration CEX05Q.
