Police appeal to locate missing woman at Katoomba

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the Blue Mountains.

Pauline Whitney – aged 75 – was last seen at a home on Lurline Street at Katoomba about 1.30pm today (Wednesday 22 September 2021).

She was reported missing to officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate her.

Police and family have serious concerns for Pauline's safety as she has a medical condition that requires treatment, and her disappearance is out of character.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of a medium build and with short grey hair.

She was last seen wearing a purple fleece jumper, black track pants and Ugg boots.

Anyone with information about Pauline's whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
