Police appeal to locate missing woman from Sydney's inner city

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a woman missing from the inner-city area.

Emma Ciessman, aged 29, was last seen at an assisted care facility on Fisher Street, Petersham, about 12.30am last Friday (25 March 2022).

When she did not return home, Emma was reported missing to officers attached from the Inner West Police Area Command who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and her carer have serious concerns for Emma's wellbeing due to her living with a number of health conditions.

Emma is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, 155cm tall, thin build with short black hair.

She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and black trackpants.

Emma is known to frequent the Leichhardt, Glebe, Newtown, Redfern and Camperdown areas.

Anyone with information on Emma's whereabouts is urged to contact the Inner West Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
