Police appeal to locate missing woman - Murray River

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing woman in the state's Murray River region.

Rebecca Campbell, aged 39, was last seen in Mount Austin, Wagga Wagga on Saturday evening (14 May 2022).

Officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified yesterday (Monday 16 May 2022) and have commenced inquiries to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for Rebecca's welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Rebecca is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build and has shoulder-length brown hair.

While Rebecca lives in Wagga Wagga, she is believed to be in the Deniliquin area.
