Police Appeal To Locate Parents Or Carers Of Non-verbal Boy Found In Riverstone

Police are appealing for assistance to locate the parents or carers of a boy found in Riverstone today.

About 3pm (Saturday 4 October 2025), officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were called to Garfield Road East, Riverstone after a boy was located alone on the street.

Police are speaking to residents and members of the public in the area; however, haven't located his parents or carers.

The boy is described as being aged between 10-12 years old, of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of medium build with a fair complexion, blond hair, grey eyes and is non-verbal.

He was found wearing only black underpants and headphones.
