Police Appeal To Locate Teen Missing From Merrylands

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's west.

Jesse Jiang, aged 14, was last seen on Excelsior Street, Merrylands, about 9pm yesterday (Monday 22 June 2026).

When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.

Jesse is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm to 170cm tall, of medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a school uniform comprising a black and white t-shirt, red pants and blue slides.

Jesse is known to frequent the Granville and Parramatta areas.
