Police Appeal To Locate Teenage Girl Missing From Harris Park 7 December

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's south west.

Legacy Whakaneke, aged 14, was last seen in Harris Park about 12.15pm yesterday (Sunday 7 December 2025).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and inquiries commenced to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for Legacy's welfare given her age.

Legacy is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 160-170cm tall, with a medium build and long black hair.

She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers.

Legacy is known to frequent the Leichhardt, Sydney City, Cumberland, and Bankstown areas.
