Police appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Kogarah

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's south.

Natalie Yalong – aged 13 – was last seen at Railway Parade, near the intersection of Gladstone Street, Kogarah, walking towards the Kogarah Town Centre about 3.40pm yesterday (Wednesday 22 September 2021).

She was reported missing by family members to officers from St George Police Area Command after she failed to return home as planned.

Police and family have serious concerns for Natalie's welfare due to her age, and her disappearance is out of character.

Natalie is described as being of Asian appearance, about 150cm tall, with a thin build, long dark brown hair, brown eyes and wearing glasses.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded-jumper, red basketball shorts, black Nike Jordan basketball shoes and carrying an orange Molten basketball with white stripes.

Anyone with information about Natalie's whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
