Police appeal to locate teenager girl missing from Blacktown

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Mia McLeod-Parry, aged 14, was seen at an address in Lalor Park, about 7.30pm yesterday (Sunday 6 November 2022) and then again at 10.30pm at Blacktown Railway Station.

When she failed to return home, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Mia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 140cm to 150cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is likely to be wearing black clothing.

Police believe she may be using the rail network to travel and frequents the areas of Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Shalvey and Riverstone.
