Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's south west.
Biniyam Haile, aged 17, was last seen on Rookwood Road, Yagoona, about 6.30am yesterday (Saturday 30 May 2026).
Officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and his family have concerns for his welfare due to his age.
Biniyam Haile is described as being of Indian/Subcontinental appearance, about 160cm – 165cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and black eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark grey shirt and black pants.
Biniyam is believed to frequent the Bankstown and Campsie areas.
