Police appeal to locate two men wanted for criminal group activity

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate two men who are wanted over their alleged participation in organised criminal groups in Sydney's south-west.

Masood Zakaria – aged 26 – and Ali Younes – aged 24 – are wanted over their involvement in organised criminal activity, including public acts of violence.

Detectives from the State Crime Command's Criminal Groups Squad believe the two men are actively evading police and may be attempting to flee the country.

Masood Zakaria is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 180cm tall, obese build, with brown eyes, black hair and a beard.

Ali Younes is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 180cm tall, large build, with brown eyes, black hair and is possibly unshaven.

Anyone who sights either man, or who has information relating to their whereabouts, is urged not to approach them and call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
