Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's north.
Mei Tse, aged 57, was last seen at a hospital on Palmerston Road, Hornsby, on Monday 14 July 2025.
Officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Mei's welfare.
Mei is described as being of Asian appearance, about 157cm tall, of thin build with shoulder length black hair and black eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple puffer jacket.
Mei is believed to frequent Eastwood and Sydney CBD areas.
