Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.
Katherine Woods, aged 42, was last seen leaving a medical facility at Concord about 10am last Tuesday (29 July 2025).
When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries.
Concerns are held for Katherine's welfare as she lives with a number of medical conditions which require ongoing treatment and medication.
Katherine is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, medium build, fair complexion, with shoulder-length brown hair and hazel-coloured eyes.
She was last seen wearing a loose jumper with orange coloured lining, black coloured leggings and rubber shoes.
Katherine is known to frequent the Rhodes shopping centre, Strathfield Plaza, Burwood CBD and Central railway station.
