Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Chatswood

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's North Shore.

Maya Giannou, aged 21, was last seen on Centennial Avenue, Chatswood, about 8.30am today (Monday 17 November 2025).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for her welfare.

Maya is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of slim build, with long light brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black long sleeve top, black long pants, black shoes and possibly carrying a black laptop.

She is known to frequent Chatswood areas.

Police are urging anyone with information to contact Chatswood Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
