Police are appealing for assistance to locate a woman reported missing from Sydney's west.
Tamie Melehan, aged 45, was last seen at a facility on Station Street West, Harris Park, about 3pm on Thursday 26 February 2026.
Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for her welfare as she lives with conditions which require regular medication.
Tamie is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall with large build and long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a white sleeveless top, black skirt, and purple/teal joggers.
Tamie is known to frequent Parramatta, North Parramatta, Harris Park, Rosehill, and Oatlands.
